Processing times are 7-10 business days. Sometimes processing is shorter than the 7-10 business listed, if your order will be shipped out earlier than the expected 7-10 business days you will be notified via email.

For example, if you ordered on Wednesday, your first business day would be begin on Thursday. The weekends are not considered in the count of "business days". Therefore, if you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday; your first business day would begin on Monday.

Please keep in mind that unfortunately postal services delay packages at times and we do not have any control over this unfortunate event. We strive to ship orders out early as possible. It is recommended to book your hair appointments after receiving your order. 

Please ensure that you are entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the incorrect provided delivery address. If you are living at an apartment, please include the apartment number. If there is an error in your mailing address, please contact us immediately.
