Hi ! I am PennShelia Brooker. The name “THE HAIR STO” pronounced exactly how we say it in the lowcountry; was created by my amazing husband Stephon Brooker. This business was established in 2022 but officially launched in January 2024! We wanted to ensure that nothing was done prematurely and that we provided our customers with the ABSOLUTE best of the best!

We are located in Miami, FL. We offer worldwide shipping including international shipping. You are already stunning! We’d just like to add to it!
